Kevin and I took a trip to Turners Falls today. I can't remember if I've ever been there, or just rarely. I'm so glad we made these plans today. The weather was perfect late fall: clear and cool and not too windy. Most of the leaves are down, but the vistas are still fantastic.

This article appeared in today's Republican. This couple is living a lifestyle that I would like to more closely emulate. I have other acquaintances who garden and even keep bees and chickens, but I don't yet have land or time to do these things. Someday....
